ONE YEAR BLOG ANNIVERSARY!

One year ago today, I published my very first blog post. I cannot believe that it has been one full year since I decided to start this amazing blogging journey! I don't even know how to put into words how incredible this has been so far for me and how supportive and encouraging each and every one of YOU have been. None of this would be possible without you all following me and supporting me and I am more thankful than you know. I have learned so much and grown so much this year but I can certainly tell you that it was not all growth and success. It was A LOT of failure too. This process is all about trial and error and VERY hard work. What many of you might not know is I’ve had this dream for years and even paid for my domain a year before I hit publish. I was so fearful of people’s perception and thought no one would read it. I talked myself out of it so many times before I started. (You don’t have a computer tech to help you. A blog will be too much work because you’re the only writer. You aren’t experienced enough to write a blog.) Whatever flavor of the month excuse you could think of, I had it.

Along this short journey, I’ve formed new relationships and opportunities and I am so appreciative and thankful for all the love and support I’ve gotten. Thank you to everyone that follows and comments!

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

Happy Fall Everyone!

Today is the first official day of fall and I dare you to out dream yourself this week and push yourself harder than you've done thus far. In this last quarter of the year, take the time to reflect on how far you’ve come and celebrate your big and small wins. What are you most proud of and how did these goals relate to the goals you set at the beginning of the year? Also, identify those roadblocks that may have slowed you down. What can you do the next time to prevent you from becoming stagnant? Do you need a better support system or more resources? Whatever it may be, let's make these last couple of months count!
